Manufacturers Warranty
Putz technik products Ltd ,hereby warrants for a period of ten (10) Years from the date of Putz technik products Ltd original invoice to Putz technik products Ltd suppliers, contractors, applicator or owner that the material supplied will be free of defects.
In the event that materials are proved to be defective the manufacturers responsibility shall be limited to replacing or repairing affected areas by the Licensed Applicator contracted to do the project.
The foregoing warranty does not cover:
Damage caused in whole or in part by Acts of God or natural phenomenon, including but not limited to falling objects, floods, fire, earthquake, windstorm, foreign substances in the atmosphere.
Vandalism, misuses, civil disobedience or act of war.
Structural or design defects.
Damage caused by water penetration due to leaks through windows or other installed items.
In no event shall the manufacturer be liable for any incidental or consequential damages due to any cause whatsoever.
Materials must be applied in strict conformity with the guidelines and precautions as outlined. Defects in material caused by misuse, mishandling, improper storage, improper application, improper combination with other products, or any other failure to strictly follow Putz technik products Ltd specifications and procedures are not warranted under any circumstances.
Only Putz technik products Ltd products shall be used. Use of any substitutes or altering of the products is strictly forbidden and will void warranty of the manufacturer.
This warranty may not be transferred or assigned except to the contractor or owner and any subsequent owner with the fifteen (15) years warranty period of the structure into which Putz technik products Ltd products shall be incorporated. The warranty shall be in effect only when goods subject to warranty have been paid in full.
